Lynne Speight

Lynne is an astrologer and craftsperson.  Her passion for astrology began in 1989, while her passion for textile~crafts and creative bookbinding has been woven throughout her life.

She has always been fascinated with the unique essence which imbues each individual, that which magically and mysteriously creates each of us as a creative Self.  This, together with a passionate desire to connect with and explore the oft hidden depths in life, led to explorations into Western psychology and Eastern mysticism beginning in her teenage years and later a degree in sociology and psychology before she embarked on her astrological studies.  Since then she has worked with astrology and crafts, through tuition and her own creative work.  She has worked with children of all ages and raised a family (and still is!).  She has also developed skills in body and soul healing.

Her astrological approach is to encourage and inspire personal exploration and empowerment.  She has been facillatating small groups for the last 7 years, blending astrology and myth around a creative zodiac or planetary ‘mandala’.

Lynne is deeply inspired by the beauty, power and fragility of nature, the dance of order and chaos throughout Earth and Cosmos, and the amazing potential within each of us to become more and more truly ourselves through being touched and moved by our experiences and our phenomenal capacity to grow and transform.
