The Alchemical Journey
Colette Lassalle
Colette Lassalle
Colette has been working in the healing arts for over ten years as a bodyworker and healer following a career as a mainstream teacher. She runs a thriving practice both privately and in the corporate world. Her approach to alternative health is down to earth, drawing on her extensive knowledge of the body and its mechanics but also placing great emphasis on the intuitive aspect of healing. She believes that forming a whol-istic picture of the person’s living environment is paramount when addressing a particular symptom. In addition to her passion for bodywork, Colette has developed over the years a keen interest in Feng Shui and how humans have tapped into nature energies and topography to maximise their good fortune. She studied the production of organic cosmetics and is planning to launch her own brand in the near future. She will also commence her teacher training in Middle Eastern dance shortly.
Colette has just completed the 2009-2010 Alchemical Journey series of workshops. Over the months, she has found it to be a powerful, ongoing transformational journey filled with a rich tapestry of profound, personal insights and cathartic moments of revelation greatly enhanced by the magical walks in the Glastonbury zodiac. She is currently completing a large mosaic art piece on the Glastonbury zodiac. As a ritualist, she contributes to the physical space of the Alchemical Journey workshops by creating twelve altars dedicated to the energies of each sign. Colette’s other main commitment is to facilitate a process on the embodiment of the signs as they each represent a particular part of the body. She sees her supportive and nurturing role as a strong container of the physical space.
