We will be walking the Pisces figure of the Glastonbury Zodiac as part of the day.

Orpheus will be our guide as we slip in the sublime, poetic waters of Pisces. This is the phase of the year when the ice melts and waters flow. Pisces is the sign through which we can learn to transcend the struggles of duality through a deep acceptance that life is an eternal dance and we are part of that dance. Like a river flowing into ocean, this perspective on the world invites us to loosen the reigns, accept what we cannot change and surrender the need for control – releasing and letting go of attachments, dancing the dance. Through Pisces, we come to accept that, as Piscean George Harrsion reminded us, “life flows us within you and within you” that “all things must pass away”.

In the morning, we will be exploring the myths and traditions of Pisces, and connecting experientially to the energy of the sign, in preparation to enter the Zodiac In the afternoon, when we will be walking the figure in the landscape. This will include a journey to Wearyall Hill, one of the two fish in the Pisces figure of the Glastonbury Zodiac, following in the footsteps of Joseph of Arimathea, out of whose staff the Glastonbury Thorn is said to have grown.
